COVID-19 Update

July 27, 2020

The Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office and Emergency Management are continuing to work alongside other County officials to reduce the spread of Covid-19.

Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office:

  • Normal daily operations

Kossuth County Jail:

  • Jail Visitation has been suspended until further notice.
  • All volunteer activities in the Jail are suspended until further notice: NA, AA, Bible Study, etc.
  • All Commissary funds must be sent via U.S. Mail.
  • Public fingerprinting is available by appointment only.
  • Attorneys: Please call the Jail for communication options.

Kossuth County Courthouse:

  • Please read posted signage before entering the Courthouse.

These measures are being taken for the protection of all involved to help prevent the spread of Covid 19. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
